 shows how the consultant offered candy to bicycle facilities advocates, but all bicyclists got squeezed like lemons. Through sleight of hand labeling, proposed 6 foot bike lanes became 3 foot 6 inch bike lanes when markings hit the road on this 25 mph low traffic (6000 vpd) street. Bicycle user space went from 10 feet to 3 and a half feet.
